Here comes the last of the programs I use on my Macbook pro. As usual I will list the program and whether it is on my dock. I also will do a small write up on how I use it.

  • Pages On Dock: yes This is the word processor/page layout program. You heard me right. Pages is a pretty good page layout program, as well as a competent Word Processor.
  • Keynote On Dock: yes. This is the presentation software. If it’s okay for Steve Jobs, it’s okay for me.
  • Numbers On Dock: yes Numbers i the Spreadsheet program. Took me a while to get used to the software.
  • Marsedit On Dock: yes This is the Blogging client I use to write up the posts for this blog.
  • Netnewswire On Dock: yes This is my news feed aggregator.
  • Quickbooks On Dock: no This is my financial software. It does the job for me.
  • Scrivener onDock: yes This is the software I use to write my fiction.
  • TextWrangler On Dock: no. This is the free text editor from Barebones software.
  • TweetDeck on Dock: yes. This is my twitter client. This is where I do most of my twittering, when I am not twittering through my blog.

There it is, my software tool collection. There is a lot more, but these are the things I use mostly for the blog and my computer courseware writing.
