Apple beats Psystar: Is it a win for you? | Topics | Macworld: “”

Here’s the problem, does Apple own the operating system and can set which machines it will run on. I say yes, and so does the court. The End User license agreement I read when I bought Snow Leopard does say that Mac OSX is to run on Apple machines only. This is the business model that Apple chose. The same hold true for iPods and iTunes. Apple does not have a monopoly over anything. Then there is the question of how much control does a device manufacturer have over what a person who bought their device from you can do with their device.
