AppleInsider | AT&T says high-speed HSPA+ will reach 250M Americans in 2010: “AT&T this week announced that its high-speed HSPA+ data network upgrade will bring theoretical maximum 14.4Mbps download speeds to more than 250 million Americans by the end of 2010.”

I think AT&T is stung by criticism of it’s network by iPhone users. I think they thought that the iPhone would be one of the many smartphones it would sell. I also think they did not look at the probable use of their network by an iPhone user. So they suffered negative feedback. If what this story is going to happen, then AT&T has learned it’s lesson.
